Architected, implemented & delivered a global analytics pipeline that processes 30 million daily mobile app events, building the complete backend flow from applications to Snowflake across multiple regions. The work involved carrying out cost-analysis, mapping dependencies, conducting stakeholder presentations and meetings to secure buy in, planning and coordinating over multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful and cost-effective delivery. I also automated developer tooling that reduced App Gateway integration time from hours to minutes. I built complementary backend services for user market management for adhering to compliance.
Developed core backend and frontend features for an authorization system serving 3,000 clinicians and 6M+ patients, handling 1,500 requests per second. I built monitoring and recovery tools to maintain system continuity during outages and led the backend implementation of a critical national integration that connected clinicians to Sweden's prescription system across all regions. This integration is estimated to increase clinician productivity by 10% and was the first successful integration of a care-provider to the national prescription system. I also established comprehensive observability with Datadog dashboards and alerts, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, compliance, and clinician teams to ensure patient priority and clinician workflow alignment.
Developed baseband features for 3G/5G technologies, working on performance-critical L1/L2 stack components including UPC, DRA, and UL/DL chains. I automated a manual network audit process using image analysis, reducing execution time by 20X and contributing to a major customer purchase decision. I contributed to an award-winning demo at MWC 2019 through cross-functional collaboration on system integration. I also worked on an internal Eclipse debugging plugin used by Ericsson engineers. I served on a troubleshooting task force for AIR radios, ensuring 2-hour response times and improving diagnostic accuracy, while also expanding the JCAT test framework and contributing to RX/TX chain development for radio systems.
Gained foundational proficiency in C, Java, SQL, UNIX, and HTML through structured training programs, along with advanced functional and non-functional testing methodologies. I tested critical features of Finnacle, a proprietary banking platform serving 1.7 billion customers globally, executing both manual and automated test cases using an in-house framework. I improved product quality by identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs through resolution using industry-standard QA processes, while creating reusable test cases based on functional documentation.
